个人简介

吴志宏,中国医学科学院北京协和医院主任医师,外科学生物医学工程专业博士生导师,临床研究所干细胞平台主任、疑难重症及罕见病全国重点实验室PI。曾获国家科技进步二等奖、中国21世纪重要医学成就、教育部一等奖、北京市科技进步二等奖、华夏科技进步二等奖等多项省部级以上奖励。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、重点研发、北自然重点等40余项项目。


主要研究内容

长期从事运动系统相关疾病的遗传学病因及其精准诊疗,组织建立的“系统解析脊柱侧凸及相关合并症(DISCO)”国际多中心协作组为全面揭示脊柱畸形及相关疾病的遗传学病因及机制、实现脊柱畸形的精准诊疗打下坚实基础。发现TBX6基因变异是目前为止导致先天性脊柱侧凸的最重要致病因素;鉴定骨骼畸形诊疗新靶点,研发生物技术为基础的创新型治疗方法。共发表文章300余篇,总IF>700。参加编写著作14部(副主编3部),获得授权专利41项。
