长期致力于神经系统炎症性疾病和肿瘤发病机制和治疗性靶点探索,着眼于T细胞,探究其在免疫监视中的作用及机制,基于其功能特点开展炎症性疾病和肿瘤的免疫治疗新策略研究。秉持“临床痛点-基础研究-临床转化”的主旨思路,注重以临床应用场景为导向的科技研发,开展了多项细胞免疫治疗的临床试验。研究成果发表在百余篇国际科学杂志上,其中作为第一作者/通讯作者包括Cell(封面),Nature Immunology,Cell Discovery,STTT等90余篇国际著名杂志。
