个人简介

吕家迪,准聘助理教授,副研究员,博士研究生导师。曾获北京市科学技术奖自然科学奖一等奖、中国免疫学会青年学者奖,入选中国科协青年人才托举工程。获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目、国家自然科学基金原创探索计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等项目资助。


主要研究内容

长期从事生物机械力学与肿瘤免疫的研究;利用生物机械力学原理,针对肿瘤细胞休眠、干性的物理特征以及免疫逃逸等方面,做出了系列创新性、可持续性的研究工作,发现物理的软度是肿瘤干细胞独特的标志,先后阐明了免疫因子和细胞外基质硬度参与调控肿瘤干细胞休眠的机制,并揭示生物机械力驱动的表观遗传修饰调控原始肿瘤细胞形成差异免疫原性的过程。
