个人简介

张博,中国医学科学院北京协和医院,临床医学研究所独立PI,准聘研究员/博士研究生导师。获得国家优秀青年科学基金(2024),北京市科技新星(2022),北京协和医院中坚骨干人才(2025)等项目资助。博士毕业于北京大学(医学部)药学院,化学生物学专业,师从周德敏教授/张礼和院士,2016年入职北京协和医院,医学科学研究中心专职科研工作。


主要研究内容

长期从事生物技术药物研究工作,针对目前内源性生物大分子在临床成药性不足的具体临床问题,聚焦于生物大分子的精准修饰和人工设计,以及工程化免疫细胞治疗技术的基础研究,探索将其应用于免疫稳态调控的新策略和新理论发现。共发表SCI论文40余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表于Nature BME, 风湿病顶刊Annals of the Rhe Dis, Cell Chem Bio, STTT等国际权威期刊,申请国家发明专利13项。主持或作为科技骨干承担10余项国家和省部级科研课题,包括国自然基金,重大新药创制专项等。
