个人简介

解可波,研究员,博士研究生导师。本科、硕士毕业于山东大学,博士毕业于北京协和医学院。国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。中华中医药学会青年委员。曾担任Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B与Chinese Chemical Letters等SCI期刊青年编委。


主要研究内容

长期从事药用天然产物合成生物学研究,包括解析天然药用分子生物合成机制,创建药用分子生物合成细胞工厂;联合酶-化学法的天然产物结构优化,用于新药发现。先后解析了紫杉醇、岩白菜素等稀缺萜类及糖苷类药用分子生源途径,创建了细胞工厂。主持国自然优秀青年科学基金、国自然原创探索及国自然面上等国家级项目;发表SCI论文20余篇,包括Angew Chem Int Ed、Nat Commun等国际权威期刊;申请专利20余项。
